This recipe is courtesy my class mate Sangeeta.. extremely tasty and simple to make :
Ingredients :
Cauliflower cut into flowerets - 1
salt to taste
haldi powder - 1 tsp
rai - 1 tsp
jeera - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves
yoghurt mixture :
thick curds - 1 cup
chilli powder - 2 tsps
salt to taste
garam masala - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
method :\
1) In a pan take ghee splutter rai and jeera, add haldi powder
2) Add cauliflower, cover and cook till half done
3) add the yoghurt mixture and cook till fully done and semi dry
4) sprinkle coriander leaves
