BADAM PISTA BISCUITS

Ingredients :

Maida - 2 cups
powdered sugar - 1 cup
powdered almonds and pistachios - 1/2 cup
milk masala or thandai masala - 3 tbsp
vegetable ghee or dalda - 1 cup (enough to bind into a dough)
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
nutmeg powder - 1 tsp

method :

1) in a wide pan add the flour, sugar, nutmeg powder, nut powder, milk masala and the baking soda.
2) add warm vegetable ghee and make a loose dough
3) make small balls and line in a greased baking tray
4) garnish with powdered pistachios and bake in 180 degrees for 5-10 mins
