ALOO PANCHPHORAN

Ingredients :

Boiled and cubed potatoes - 4
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
panch phoran powder - 2 tsp
tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup
oil - 1 tbsp
jeera - 1 tsp
red chilli flakes - 2 tsps

Method :

1) In a non stick pan take oil and splutter jeera, add haldi powder
2) add the potatoes and saute for 5 mins
3) add the panchphoran powder and saute till potatoes get crisp
4) add salt, chill flakes and the tamarind pulp and  saute till the water dries up
5) serve hot with rotis
