PEANUT GARLIC CHUTNEY

Ingredients :

Peanuts - 1/2 cup
red chillies - 3
garlic - 2
fresh grated coconut - 2 tbsp
tamarind - 1/2 lemon size
salt to taste

For tempering :
Oil - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
hing - 1/4 tsp
curry leaves

Method :
1) In a pan dry roast peanuts till it becomes brown, remove the skin
2) grind the peanuts, red chillies, garlic, coconut and tamarind with salt in a mixie adding as much water as you need
3) in a pan take oil, splutter mustard seeds, add hing and curry leaves and garnish the chutney
4) serve with idlis, dosas
