PANEER AJWAIN

Ingredients :

Paneer cubes dipped in warm water - 1 cup
onions chopped roughly - 2
tomatoes chopped roughly - 4
capsicum chopped roughly - 1
ajwain - 1 tbsp
oil - 1 tbsp
chilli powder - 1 tbsp
dhania powder - 2 tsps
roasted jeera - 1 tsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :

1) in a pan take oil add ajwain and saute onions, capsicum and tomatoes for 6-7 mins
2) puree this
3) put the puree back into the pan and saute
4) Add chilli powder, dhania powder, salt, roasted jeera and saute well
5) add water if required, add the paneer, simmer and garnish with coriander leaves
