PESARATTU

This is a variety of dosa made in andhra pradesh

Ingredients :

Whole green moong dal soaked overnight - 1 cup
green chillies - 5
ginger - 1"
salt to taste
chopped onions - 1/4 cup
oil for spreading
hing - 1 tsp

Method : 

1) Grind the soaked dal with the green chillies, ginger, hing and salt
2) add chopped onions to this. The dosa is ready to be made
3) make dosas and serve with stew, onion-tomato chutney or molgapodi
