CORN RICE

Ingredients :

frozen sweet corn kernels - 1 cup
basmathi rice - 1 cup
salt to taste
ghee - 3 tbsp
bay leaf - 2-3

Make a paste of :

coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
green chillies - 3
ginger - 1"
garlic - 1
lemon juice - 1 tbsp

Method :

1) cook the rice till the grains are separate
2) in a pan take oil add bay leaf
3) add the paste and saute well
4) add the corn, salt and mix well\
5) add the rice and mix well.
6) serve hot with raita
