Ingredients :
brown chana soaked overnight - 1 cup
coconut grated - 1/2 cup
red chillies - 5
rai - 1 tsp
oil - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
hing - 1 tsp
Method :
1) pressure cook the chana for 4-5 whistles
2) in a pan add oil, splutter rai
3) add the red chillies, hing and mix
4) add the cooked chana, salt and mix well
5) garnish with grated coconut
