ACHAARI ALOO GOBI

Ingredients :

cauliflower cut into flowerets - 1 cup
boiled potatoes cubed - 1 cup
onions sliced - 1/2 cup
green chillies slit - 3
oil - 2 tbsp
achaari masala - 1 tbsp
chilli powder - 1 tbsp (optional)
salt to taste
mustard seeds - 1 tsp\
haldi powder - 1 tsp\
fennel seeds - 1 tsp
jeera - 1 tsp
methi seeds - 1 tsp

Method :

1) In a pan add oil and splutter rai
2) add methi, jeera, fennel and turmeric and splutter
3) add sliced onions and saute till dark pink
4) add the achaari masala, chilli powder, salt and saute well
5) add the cauliflower, salt close and cook till 3/4 done
6) add the boiled potatoes and cook till done
7) serve hot with rotis
