Ingredients :
all purpose flour - 1 and 3/4 cup
sugar - 1/2 cup
baking powder - 1 tbsp
eggs - 2
milk - 2/3 cup
butter - 1/3 cup
jam - 1 cup as required
vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
Method :
1) In a bow, beat eggs till creamy
2) add milk, essence and butter and whisk
3) in another bowl seive all purpose flour, baking powder and powdered sugar
4) add the dry ingredients into the milk mixture and mix well till folded
5) in a greased muffin tin, add the cake dough upto half the mould
6) make a depression, scoop in a spoon of jam and cover with the cake dough till top
7) bake for 20-25 mins in 180 degrees
