BROWN DAL SUNDAL - SALTED

Ingredients

Soaked brown pigeon eye bean - 1 cup
red chillies - 4
rai - 1 tsp
coconut oil - 1 tsp
hing - 1 tsp
salt to taste
grated coconut - 1 tbsp

Method :

1) Cook the bean with salt in an open kadai, seive it once cooked
2) in a pan add oil splutter rai and red chillies
3) add hing, add the cooked dal and mix well, add salt
4) garnish with grated coconut
