BISCUIT PUDDING (EGGLESS)

Ingredients :

marie/tea biscuits - 2 packets
warm milk - 250 ml
cream - 250 gms
coffee powder - 2 tbsps
condensed milk - 1 tin of 405 gms
cadbury chocolate flakes broken into a powder - 4 bars
sugar - 2 tbsp

Before I start the method, the above measurements are approximate, it depends on how many layers of biscuits you want to make.

Method :

1) In a bowl add the cream and mix the coffee powder well
2) in another bowl, warm the milk with the sugar and mix well
3) remove the lid of the condensed milk and keep ready
4) in a round serving glass bowl, pour a small line of condensed milk
5) on this, arrange the biscuits dipped in the warm milk
5) on top of this layer, apply the cream-coffee mixture on all the biscuits
6) pour a small line of condensed milk over this
7) spread a thin layer of the chocolate flake powder
8) continue putting another layer of biscuits in the above manner from step 5-7
9) make 4-5 such layers
10) on top of the last layer, spread a thick layer of the chocolate flakes. refrigerate for 3-4 hours

Note :
keep it out at room temperature 1/2 - 1 hour before you want to serve
this is full of richness due to all the sinful ingredients, so you cant have much
