BHINDI DO PYAZ

Ingredients :

Bhindi cut into cubes - 1/2 kg
onions chopped roughly - 1 medium
tomatoes chopped roughly - 1 medium
chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil - 1 tbsp
jeera - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves chopped fine - 1 tbsp

Method :

1) In a pan take oil, splutter jeera
2) add turmeric powder
3) add the onions and saute till it becomes pink
4) add the tomatoes and salt, saute till it becomes mashy
5) add the chilli powder and mix well
6) microwave the bhindi for 4 mins and add this to the onion-tomato mixture
7) once cooked and blended well, switch off the gas
