Ingredients :
Condensed milk - 1 tin (405 gms)
sour curd - 4 heaped tbsps
ghee - 2 tbsps
Method :
1) In a non stick pan, take the condensed milk
2) add the curd, mix well start cooking in a low flame
3) add 1 tbsp of ghee and keep stirring till it starts leaving the sides of the pan, switch off
4) top it with 1 tbsp of ghee. the colour would be light pink
In those days when the milk gets curdled, grandmoms would make this quick sweet. This is a slightly crude form of Kalakhand that you get in sweet shops, the method may vary but this is the actual sweet. instead of serving with a spoon, they pour it into a greased plate and cut into pieces.
