Ingredients :
Til powder - as required (refer to masala for the recipe to make til powder)
salt to taste
cooked rice - 2 cups
oil - 1 tbsp
ghee - 2 tbsps
Method :
1) Cook the rice till grains are separate
2) in a wide pan take the rice, add oil, ghee and the til powder and mix well
3) serve with fried papads
