Ingredients :
Tur dal - 1/2 cup
chana dal - 1/4 cup
moong dal (yellow) - 1/4 cup
chopped spinach - 1/2 cup
chopped tomatoes - 1/2 cup
salt to taste
curry powder - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
For tempering
ghee - 1 tbsp
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Method :
Cook the dal in a pressure cooker
in a pan, add the ghee and splutter the cumin seeds
add the turmeric powder
add the tomatoes and saute it becomes mashy
add the chopped spinach, salt, chilli powder and curry powder, saute for 5 mins till it blends well
add the cooked dals and mix well.
