Ingredients :
1/2 litre full cream milk
1 big tin evaporated milk (preferably cardamom flavour)
1 tin condensed milk
250 ml cream
sugar - 150 gms
kesar
chopped almonds/pistas
Method :
1) Boil the milk , add the kesar and switch off the gas when the milk boils
2) add the condensed milk, sugar and evaporated milk and stir well till the sugar dissolves.
3) when this mixture is slightly warm, add the cream and stir well
4) when the mixture is completely xolled, beat it with a beater. Make sure there are no bubbles before you start pouring them into kulfi moulds.
5) Freeze for a day before you can use.
