METHI MUTIYAS

Ingredients :
Methi - 1 bunch chopped fine
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 and 1/4 cup
wheat flour - 1 and 1/4 cup
chilli powder - 2 tsp
dhania powder - 2 tsp
cumin powder - 2 tsps
hing - 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder - 2 tsps
salt - to taste
curd - 1/2 cup
oil - 4 tbsps for mixing in the dough and 3 tbsps for saute
Jeera - 2 tsps
Method :
Mix a soft dough of all the above ingredients by adding very little water. the dough should be like a dough for rotis. Make small oval shaped balls and steam them in a cooker. Take oil in a pan, add the steamed balls and on a slow flame keep sauteing them till it becomes slightly crisp.
This can be had with green chutney, sauce or even plain with hot tea.
