COCO BURFI

Ingredients :
3/4 cup - maida
4 and 1/2 cup flat - sugar
3 cups heaped - milk powder
3/4 cup - cashewnuts chopped
3 tsp - coco powder
6 tsps - ghee
1/2 kg - butter (oops!!!! too rich)

Method :
Fry maida and coco powder in 6 tsps ghee. In a non stick pan add sugar and water and melt (do not wait for any string consistency). Add the fried powder, milk powder, cashewnuts into the sugar solution and start strirring. Grease a plate with ghee and keep ready. Stir till you start getting holes in the mixture and it starts to leave the sides. pour into the greased plate and cut before it gets warm.
