DHALIA POWDER LADOO

This is my daughter's favourite and it is a different type of laddoo.

Ingredients :
1/4 kg - dhalia (chutney dal)
1/2 kg - powdered sugar
Ghee - approx 10 tbsps
broken cashews - 3 tbsps

Method :
Roast the dhalia to a very light pink colour. Actually it has to be roasted only to make it crisp. Powder the roasted dhalia to a smooth powder. Mix the powder and the powdered sugar well. Take ghee in a small pan and roast the cashews. add this mixture to the mixewd powder and start making ladoos when it is slightly hot.
Note : the measurememnt of the ghee mentioned above is apporximate. You need to add enough to be able to make laddoos. The laddoos have to be made when the ghee is slightly hot enough to be able to roll.
