Ingredients :
Carrots chopped into cubes – 1 cup
Methi leaves chopped fine – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Amchur powder – 2 tsps
Chilli powder – 2 tsps
Coriander powder – 2 tsps
For tempering :
Oil – 2 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
hing - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
In a pan take oil, temper jeera, hing and turmeric
powder
2)
Take carrots in a bowl and micro it till half cooked
3)
add the half cooked carrots, methi leaves, salt and
cover and cook till done
4)
add the chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder
and mix well
5)
serve hot with dal and roti
