MOOLI MUTHIYAS

Ingredients :

Grated mooli – 1 cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Besan – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Green chilli – ginger paste -1 tbsp
Oil – ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

For tempering :

Oil – 3 tbsp
Rai – 1 tsp

Method :

1)     In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to forma  tight smooth dough. You can use little water but do not make it loose
2)     Shape into muthiyas and steam them till well cooked
3)     Cut them into half rounds once cool
4)     In a pan take oil splutter rai and add the steamed rounds
5)     Sauté in sim flame till it becomes crispy



Note :

If you think it is hard you can sprinkle little water cover and cook for 5-7 mins before cooking it in low flame
