This is like rawa dosa and hence I like it very much
Ingredients :
oats - 1 cup
rawa - 1/4 cup
rice flour - 1/4 heaped cup
salt to taste
For tempering :
Ghee- 1 tbsp
jeera - 1 tsp
finely chopped green chillies - 4-5
Method :
1) In a pan saute oats till light pink and grind it into a fine powder
2) In a pan take ghee and splutter jeera
2) add green chillies and onions and saute till transculent
3) in a wide vessel, take the rice flour, rawa, powdered oats, onion green chilli mixture, salt and mix well
4) add water and mix well, the consistency should be watery form of dosa batter
5) in a non stick pan, sprinkle oil and pour the batter from the outer corners and finishing it in the middle. (there will be holes in between)
6) drizzle oil and cook on both sides
7) serve hot with chutney or sambhar
Note :
Do not use one pan for chapathi and dosas. always dosa pans should be used only for dosas
