Ingredients :
Canned corn kernels - 1/2 cup
finely chopped - 1/2 cup
besan - 1/2 cup
rice flour - 1/2 cup
salt to taste
chilli powder - 1 tbsp
chaat masala - 1/2 tbsp
oil for deep frying
Method :
1) in a wide vessel add all the ingredients
2) mix well, keep aside for 15 mins (this is for the palak to leave out water)
3) sprinkle water to make a tight dough
