MASALA OATS TIKKI

Ingredients :

Masala oats (any flavour) - 1 pac
wholemeal flour or normal bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
boiled and mashed potatoes - 1/2
salt to taste
chilli powder - as required
chopped coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
brown or wholemeal bread slices - 2
oil - for dusting

Method :

1) cook the masala oats as per instructions in the pac. please note add 1/2 cup water lesser than what is mentioned
2) in a wide vessel, add the oats and all the other ingredients other than oil, mash and mix well (bread slices to be soaked in water and squeezed well
3) make tikkis and saute them by spraying oil
4) serve with mint-curd chutney
