Ingredients :
Oats – 1 cup
Sooji – ¾ cup
Curd – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Finely chopped green chillies – 4
Chopped coriander leaves – 4 tbsp
Finely chopped shallots or small onions – 6-7
Chana dal soaked in water for 2 hours – 2 tbsp
Soda bicarb – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Method :
1)
Dry roast oats and sooji separately till light pink in
colour, powder them
2)
In a wide vessel, add all the ingredients, add water as
required to get a dosa batter and keep aside for an hour
3)
Make dosas out of this batter and serve hot with
chutney
Note :
you can also make paniyarams out of this, keep the batter a bit thicker
