DAL PARATHA

Ingredients :

Moong dal soaked in water for 4-5 hours – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Besan – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Jeera – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Hing – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 and ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Method :

1)     Add the above ingredients in a  wide vessel and make a firm dough
2)     Make thick parathas and serve with any vegetable or chutney
