MOONG CUTLETS


Boiled and mashed green moong – 1 cup
Boiled and mashed potatoes – 1 small
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Undhiyo masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
amchur powder – 1 tsp
powdered oats – ¼ cup
bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
makkai atta – ¼ cup
chopped coriander leaves

Method :

1) Mix all the ingredients and shape them like cutlets
2) In a pan, drizzle oil and saute cutlets in sim flame till it becomes crispy
3) serve with tomato sauce
