KANCHIPURAM IDLI

Ingredients :

Idli batter - as much as you need
coarsely ground pepper - 1 tbsp
whole jeera - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
grated ginger - 1 tsp
til oil - 1 tsp
ghee - 1 tsp

Method :

1) grind for idli batter the normal way
2) once fermented, add the above ingredients and steam it in the normal way as idlis.

Note :
You can even make it like dokla or like a cake and cut it into squares..
