BESAN WALI BHINDI

Ingredients :

Ladys finger cut into big cubes – ½ kg
Salt to taste

For marination :

Besan -  5 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp

For tempering :

Oil – 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp

Method :

1)     In a wide vessel, take the ladys finger, add the ingredients to be marinated and mix well, keep aside for an hour
2)     In a non stick pan take oil, add the ingredients for tempering till mustard seeds splutter
3)     Add the marinated ladys finger and sauté in sim flame for almost 1/2 hour or till it becomes crispy.
4)     Serve hot with rotis
