MIX VEG SOUP

Ingredients :

white pumpkin chopped roughly - 1 cup
potatoes chopped roughly - 1/4 cup
tomatoes chopped roughly - 1 and 1/2 cups
onions chopped roughly -1/2 cup
beetroot chopped roughly - 1/5 cup
garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp
salt to taste
pepper to taste
butter - 1 tbsp 

method :

1) in a pressure cooker take butter, saute onions and ginger garlic till transculent
2) add all the other veggies, water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
3) puree this and seive it, add salt and pepper to taste
4) garnish with cooked rice and have with wholemeal croutons
