Ingredients :
Jeera rice (or surti kolam) - 1 cup
salt to taste
cumin seeds - 4 tbsp
bay leaf - 3
ghee - 4 tbsp
Method :
1) cook the rice till the grains are separate
2) in a pan, take ghee add bay leaves
3) add cumin seeds and saute till fried
4) add the rice, salt and mix well
