NANKHATAI - 2
Ingredients :
Maida - 2 cups
semolina - `1 cup
besan - 1/2 cup
ghee or dalda - 2 cups
sugar - 1 and 1/2 cups
nutmeg powder - 1 tsp
Method :
1) mix all the ingredients lightly and put it in a cling foil, refrigerate for 20 mins
2) in a greased baking tray, make small balls, make a + incision and keep inside the fridge for another 15 mins
3) keep a small piece of a cherry or a pista or 1/2 almond on top of the incision and bake for 10-15 mins on 180 degrees
