YELLOW MUNG DAL SHUNDAL

Ingedients :

Yellow mung dal soaked for 1/2 hour - 1 cup
red chillies - 3
salt to taste
oil - 1 tsp
grated coconut - 1 tbsp
turmeric powder - 1tsp
rai - 1 tsp
hing - 1 tsp

Method :

1) Boil the mung dal in an open pan with turmeric powder and salt, seive once cooked
2) in a pan take oil spluter rai and red chillies, add hing
3) add the cooked dal and mix well
4) garnish with coconut
