Ingredients :
oil for frying
samosa leaves (any brand) - as required
For the filling :
boiled potatoes chopped into small cubes- 1 cup
frozen peas - 1/2 cup
garam masala - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
oil - 1 tsp
jeera - 1 tsp
coriander leaves chopped - for garnishing
chilli powder - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Method :
1) In a pan take oil, splutter jeera
2) add turmeric powder
3) add the potatoes and the peas and saute well
4) add salt, chilli pwder and garam masala, mix well
5) garnish with coriander leaves and keep aside
6) In a cutting board take the samosa leaf, put the filling and fold it like a samosa
7) you can freeze this and fry it as and when you need
