Ingredients :
Steamed idlis - 6
green chillies slip - 4
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
urad dal - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 5-6
oil - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Method :
1) crumble the idlis and keep aside
2) in a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds
3) add the urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves, saute till urad dal becomes light brown
4) add the crumbled idlis, salt and saute well for 6-7 minutes
I generally make this for breakfast as I always deliberately keep some left over idlis after dinner
