Ingredients :
Palak blanched and pureed - 2 cups
onions - 2 medium
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
chilli powder - 2 tsp
amchur powder - 1 tbsp
garam masala - 1 tbsp
butter - 1 tbsp
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
kasuri methi - 2 tbsp
corn kernels - 1 cup
milk - 1/4 cup
Method :
1) In a mixie grind onions along with the ginger garlic paste to a fine paste
2) in a non stick pan add butter, splutter jeera
3) add the onion paste and saute till it becomes light brown
4) Add the salt, chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and saute well
5) add the palak puree and boil for 5 mins
6) add the corn kernels, milk and boil for another 5 mins
7) lastly garnish with kasure methi
