Ingredients :
Long pipe beans cut into 1" pieces - 1 cup
potatoes choppd into cubes - 1/3 cup
tomatoes chopped fine - 1/2 cup
oil - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
jeera - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Method :
1) In a pan take oil and splutter jeera
2) add turmeric powder, ad tomatoes
3) add salt and saute well it becomes mushy
4) add chilli powder and mix well
5) add the beans, potatoes, 1/2 cup water and give 1 whistle
6) garnish with coriander leaves
