Ingredients :
Butter – 180 gms
Granulated white sugar – 65 gms
Condensed milk – 120 ml (half the normal tin)
All purpose flour – 180 gms
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Chocolate chips – 1 and ½ cups
Method :
1. Cream butter and sugar till lighter and creamier
2. Add the condensed milk and mix well
3. Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix well.
4. Refrigerate for ½ hour till the flour becomes hard enough to roll
5. Preheat the owen to 150 degrees, grease a baking tray
6. Roll a small ball and slightly press and keep on the tray slightly far away from each other as it would spread
7. Bake for 5 mins, keep watching it
8. Cool completely and then remove
The consistency would be crisp and slightly soft due to the condensed milk
