DELHI CHAAT

Ingredients :

Cooked kabuli chana – 1 cup
Onions chopped fine – 1
Tomatoes chopped fine – ½
Sweet tamarind chutney – as per taste
Green chilli coriander mint chutney – as per taste
Garlic chutney – as per taste
Salt to taste
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Sev – to garnish
Papdi – to line the dish
Boiled potatoes cubed into small pieces – 1
Curd – ½ cup
Chopped coriander leaves – to garnish

Method :

1. In a serving dish, break the papdi and spread it
2. Over this spread the cooked chana
3. Spread the curd over this
4. Spread the chopped onions and potatoes
5. Spread tamarind chutney, chilli coriander mint chutney and the garlic chutney
6. Next cover the mixture with sev
7. Sprinkle the chaat masala
8. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves
