Ingredients :
Boiled and cubed potaoes - 1 cup (you can even use baby potatoes)
onions chopped fine - 1/2 cup
capsicum chopped fine - 1/2 cup
tomatoes chopped fine - 1/2 cup
lemon juice - 1
salt to taste
chilli powder - 1 tsp
chaat masala - 1 tbsp
cumin seed powder - 1 tsp
corainder leaves - for garnishing
sev - for garnishing (optional)
Method :
Combine potatoes, onions, tomatoes, capsicum in a salad bowl and mix well
add lemon juice, salt, chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin seeds powder and mix well
lastly garnish with coriander leaves and refrigerate
If you are using sev, you can garnish it with sev just before serving it chilled
some people fry the potatoes and add sweet chutney etc but I dont prefer that as it becomes a full fledged vegetable.
This can be had as a snack or a starter and it is very light
