Ingredients :
Peanut soaked in water overnight - 1 cup
salt to taste
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
grind to a dry paste :
Fresh grated coconut - 4 tbsp
green chillies - 2-3
For tempering :
Oil - 1 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
hing - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 5-6
Method :
Pressure cook the soaked peanuts along with salt and turmeric powder for 3-4 whistles
grind coconut and green chillies without adding water
In a pan, add oil and splutter mustard seeds
add hing, curry leaves and saute for a minute
add the cooked and drained peanuts and mix well, add salt if required
