KOTHMIR WADI

Ingredients :

coriander leaves chopped fine - 1 and 1/2
besan - 2 cups
green chilli-ginger-garlic paste (garlic should be slightly more) - 1 tbsp
soda - a pinch (optional)
chilli powder - 1 tsp
hing - 1 tsp
white til - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
oil for greasing a flat plate
oil for shallow frying

Method :

1)     In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well
2)     Add 2 cups water and make a smooth thick batter
3)     Steam this in a dokla plate
4)     Once cool remove and slice them

5)     Deep fry them and serve with sauce
