7-CUP BURFI

Ingredients :

milk - 1 cup
fresh grated coconut - 1 cup
besan - 1 cup
ghee - 1 cup
sugar - 3 cups

Method :

Mix all the above ingredients except the ghee in a large non stick pan
start cooking it adding ghee in instalments.
remove it and immediately put it into a greased plate (you can remove it when you see the mixture leaving out ghee and frothing)

do not add cardamom powder as the smell of coconut and besan would be lost
