Ingredients :
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Boiled and mashed potatoes – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Green chilli-garlic-ginger paste –
1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander – for garnishing
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Amchur powder – 1 tsp
Yoghurt – to make the dough
Rice bran oil for making parathas
Method :
1)
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and
mix well mashing it
2)
Add yoghurt enough to make a firm hard dough. (why hard
is because potatoes and curd tend to make the dough little loose)
3)
Make thick parathas, use very little oil and sauté it
4)
Serve hot with curd and pickle
Notes :
You need to make this paratha immediately as adding potatoes
and curd will make the dough loose
Make sure the potatoes are mashed well as you wont be able
to roll
