BANANA COCONUT TEA LOAF

Ingredients :

Maida – 1.5 cups
Fresh grated coconut – ½ cup
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Mashed bananas – 2
Maple syrup – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp

Method :

1)     In a mixing bowl add the bananas and maple syrup and mash nicely with a fork
2)     Add the coconut and oil and mix well
3)     Add the flour mixed well with baking powder and soda and fold well
4)     Pour this into a bread tin and bake for 35-40 mins in 180 degrees preheated owen





Variations :

Instead of maple syrup you can add brown sugar or refined white sugar. The quantity would be 5-6 tbsp
