Ingredients :
maida - 4 tbsp
coco- 1 tbsp
milk - 3 tbsp
oil - 3 tbsp
baking powder - 1/4 tsp
powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
vanilla - 1 /4 tsp
Method :
1) mix the dry ingredients in a wide pan
2) add the oil, milk, vanilla essence and mix well.
3) out this in a greased long tea cup
4) microwave in high for 2 mins
Variation :
as soon as you bake it, when the cake is hot, you can add icecream and garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve
you can even add icecream and pour hot chocolate sauce
